About the Role

Sierra is building a platform that enables companies to create more human AI customer experiences. This role focuses on designing and shipping production-grade AI agents for the Tech, Media & Telecom team, with full ownership of the agent development lifecycle. You'll work directly with enterprise customers and cutting-edge startups, and help shape Sierra's core agent platform.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical and revenue-driving
Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and build AI agents that transform operations
Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve Sierra's core platform and agent tooling

Requirements

Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
Builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency and creative problem-solving
Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
