Sierra AI is seeking a New Graduate Software Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive customer experiences across enterprise industries. You will own the end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle, partnering directly with large clients to build scalable, mission-critical systems. This role combines hands-on engineering with direct customer collaboration to shape the future of AI agent platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients
- Own the end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and integrate AI solutions
- Collaborate with research and product teams to evolve the core platform
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Comfort working directly with customers to solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
