Sierra AI is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in AI Agents to design, build, and deploy production-grade conversational systems for enterprise clients. You will own the full agent development lifecycle, collaborate directly with customers, and help shape the core platform while working with modern LLM tooling and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and scale across industries
- Own the end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and iteration
- Partner with enterprise leaders and startups to embed AI agents into business workflows
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve the core AI platform
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High agency mindset with a focus on shipping reliable solutions
- Comfortable working directly with customers to understand and solve real-world problems
