Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

AIEngineer.careers is a job board focused on AI engineering roles. Listings may be imported from third-party sources or submitted directly by employers. We provide discovery, filtering, personalization, and application links, but we are not the employer and do not run hiring processes.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

You may set job preferences, receive optional email digests, and enable push alerts subject to your consent and notification settings. You can manage or withdraw these choices in your profile or via unsubscribe links in emails.

If you post a job, you represent that you have authority to list the role and that the content is accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. You must not post misleading listings, malware links, impersonation content, or roles you are not authorized to advertise.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including job descriptions and company logos. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service.

Featured job listings are offered for $49 USD via Stripe Checkout and include 30 days of featured placement, as described at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. Taxes may apply and are your responsibility where required by law.

Except where required by applicable consumer law or where we fail to deliver the purchased featured placement, payments are non-refundable. If a technical failure prevents fulfillment, contact us at privacy@aiengineer.careers.

Job listings may link to external employer sites or application pages. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, hiring processes, or their content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legitimacy, or outcome of any listing. Imported and user-submitted listings may become outdated or incorrect. Always verify details directly with the hiring company before applying or making decisions.

Users may report problematic listings. We may investigate, close, or remove listings at our discretion. Abuse of the reporting system is prohibited.

The AIEngineer.careers name, branding, design, and site code are owned by us or our licensors. Do not use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission. Respect third-party intellectual property in content you submit.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of listings without permission.
• Attempting to bypass security, payment, or access controls.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with site operation.
• Harassment, spam, or unlawful activity.
• Posting false, infringing, or harmful content.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for hiring decisions, application outcomes, lost profits, or third-party content. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) EUR 100, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection law.

If you post jobs or other content as an employer or business user, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own fault where such limitation is not permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Portugal have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may allow you to bring claims in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, subject to your statutory rights.
