How Listings Work
This page explains how AIEngineer.careers collects job posts, who is shown as the employer, and how salary information is presented.
Employer-submitted listings
Employers can post roles directly on AIEngineer.careers. Those listings use the company name and apply URL provided at submission. We label them as posted on this site.
Imported listings
We also import public job posts from third-party career pages and feeds (for example Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, and other employer-hosted apply links). Imports are normalized for search — title, location, technologies, and apply URL — but the long-form description usually comes from the original source.
Imported pages include an original summary at the top and show the source host where we can identify it. The full description appears below, clearly marked as imported text.
Employer attribution
Job boards sometimes mis-label the ATS vendor (e.g. "Lever") or a location as the company. We attempt to resolve the real hiring organization from apply URLs and posting text. When we cannot verify an employer, we show "Employer undisclosed" rather than a misleading company name.
Salary display
- Salaries copied from employer posts are shown as stated when they look plausible.
- Converted currencies, hourly rates, and inferred ranges are labeled as estimates.
- Obviously invalid or identical low ranges (for example duplicate $3K values) are hidden.
