NewsBreak is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and build AI-driven account management systems for its advertising platform. You will develop autonomous AI agents that utilize LLMs, RAG, and multimodal foundation models to diagnose advertiser performance, recommend optimization strategies, and safely execute tuning actions. This role combines strong software engineering with cutting-edge generative AI to improve platform revenue and advertiser retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and build in-house AI Account Manager systems for automated hosting and optimization.
- Develop intelligent diagnosis and strategy recommendation models using LLMs to assess account health.
- Ensure system reliability through observability, dry-run safeguards, and offline/online evaluation.
- Collaborate with ad delivery algorithm teams and product managers to drive commercial growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including production-quality code, async/concurrent programming, and testing.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing agentic systems in production.
- Proficiency with LLMs, RAG, tool-use, memory handling, and agent orchestration frameworks.
