JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Applied AI ML Senior Associate to design and productionize generative AI solutions, with a specific focus on AI Agents and Agentic Systems. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate LLMs into scalable ML platforms, handling everything from experimentation to deployment. Candidates will leverage advanced NLP techniques, RAG, and prompt engineering to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning and deep learning solutions, including generative AI use cases.
- Integrate Generative AI within the ML Platform using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Conduct experiments using latest ML technologies, analyzing results and tuning models.
- Own end-to-end code development in Python for proof of concept and production-ready solutions.
- Optimize system accuracy and performance by identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
Requirements
- MS and/or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- At least 2 years of applied machine learning experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python (minimum 4 years in programming languages like Python, Java, C/C++).
- Solid background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
