Lead the architectural design and development of foundational agentic AI components at AWS, enabling enterprise-scale AI solutions across diverse business applications. Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture and strategy for AI agent capability areas
- Lead multi-engineer projects balancing business goals and technical excellence
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art AI technologies and tools
- Design reusable AI components meeting enterprise-grade quality standards
- Drive cross-team consensus and champion engineering best practices
- Mentor engineers and foster independent team growth
Requirements
- 5+ years professional software development experience
- 5+ years programming in at least one language
- 5+ years leading design/architecture of distributed systems
- Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
- Full SDLC experience including coding standards and testing
