About the Role
AWS is seeking a GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers design and build AI solutions using the AWS AI/ML portfolio. The role involves architecture design for RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, model customization, and responsible AI, while working closely with sales teams and customers across multiple industries. You will also contribute thought leadership through blogs, workshops, and reference implementations.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design AI/ML solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and AWS AI services
- Collaborate with customer development, data science, and AI engineering teams to understand business and technical needs
- Provide technical guidance to field sales teams and support customer engagements
- Develop blog posts, workshops, and reference architectures to evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams for product feedback
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering
- 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning
- Deep technical knowledge of machine learning and deep learning
