Solution Architect – AI and Automated Solutions

Sophos, a cybersecurity leader, seeks a Solution Architect to design and deliver AI-driven automation solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves discovering high-value AI use cases, architecting agentic workflows, implementing RAG pipelines, and integrating with cloud AI services and enterprise systems. You will own the technical journey from discovery through production deployment, using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

• Lead discovery sessions to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business objectives into technical designs.
• Design and implement AI agentic solutions that reason, plan, call tools, and execute multi-step tasks.
• Build solution workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and MCP-style protocols.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, vector indexing, hybrid search, and reranking.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, cloud services, and collaboration tools; define guardrails and safe tool execution.
• Work with DevOps to deploy using cloud-native patterns and track KPIs to ensure production readiness.

• Experience integrating with cloud AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or third-party LLM providers.
• Strong background in solution architecture, system integration, and translating ambiguous requirements into scalable designs.
