Amazon is seeking a Senior Generative AI Solutions Architect to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise customers. You will design and deploy GenAI solutions using AWS services like Bedrock and SageMaker, focusing on LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows. This role involves direct customer engagement, technical evangelism, and influencing product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement GenAI solutions for large enterprise customers using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS engineering teams to drive product improvements
- Develop white papers, reference architectures, and field enablement materials for the broader technical community
- Guide customers on LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, security, and compliance best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, or data & analytics
- 5+ years of experience with Machine Learning/AI/Deep Learning solutions and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficiency in Python or Java and experience with RESTful APIs
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, function calling, and orchestration approaches
