Intelex seeks an AI Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership in designing and implementing AI features. The role involves developing AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems, defining AI/ML architecture, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The architect will work with engineering, product, and services teams, mentor engineers, and establish AI governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, LangGraph) integrating with existing systems.
- Define AI/ML solution architecture and guide model selection, deployment, and optimization.
- Ensure AI models are scalable, explainable, and robust with MLOps principles.
- Design agentic systems including tool orchestration, workflows, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Develop AI architecture strategy and integration patterns for enterprise applications.
- Establish AI governance frameworks for security, privacy, and ethical standards.
- Identify AI opportunities with business units and facilitate discovery workshops/PoCs.
- Mentor engineers and enforce architectural principles.
