Microsoft's International Customer Success Organization is hiring a Principal Cloud Solution Architect to help enterprise customers move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure. In this customer-facing, 100% remote role, you will lead technical engagements across architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones, accelerating adoption of Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, and app platforms. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, ensure the health, security, and resiliency of mission-critical workloads, and act as the Voice of the Customer to Microsoft engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to design secure, scalable AI, agent, and data solutions on Azure
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones for Azure AI Foundry, Agent Factory, GitHub, and app platforms
- Own end-to-end technical delivery results and customer success plans in collaboration with Customer Success Account Managers
- Drive incremental cloud pipeline and deliver repeatable IP, templates, and acceleration programs
- Lead health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, and optimization of mission-critical workloads
- Share customer feedback, product gaps, and deployment blockers with engineering teams
- Support customer and partner skilling through technical workshops and readiness activities
