Seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect to design and implement next-generation AI-powered data platforms using Azure Databricks and Lakehouse architecture. The role focuses on building autonomous, self-optimizing data ecosystems through Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and enterprise-grade governance. Candidates will lead AI-first data engineering transformations, mentor technical teams, and drive executive-level AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered data engineering platforms leveraging Azure Databricks and Lakehouse architecture
- Define autonomous workflows using AI Agents for data ingestion, quality remediation, and pipeline optimization
- Architect RAG-based solutions and agent orchestration frameworks using Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel
- Establish AI governance models, guardrails, and observability standards for enterprise GenAI adoption
- Drive AI-first data engineering transformation and mentor architects and data engineers
Requirements
- 15+ years of Data & Analytics experience with strong Azure Databricks expertise
- Hands-on experience building Agentic AI platforms, AI-powered SDLC frameworks, and autonomous data engineering ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and ADLS Gen2
