Onepoint is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in Python, LLMs, and MLOps with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring development teams and defining architectural standards. The ideal candidate will drive innovation using generative AI tools and ensure robust, maintainable codebases across cloud platforms.

• Design and implement scalable AI architectures involving LLMs, ML/DL models, and data pipelines.
• Lead technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship for Python and AI developer teams.
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted coding using tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define solution strategies and architecture decisions.
• Drive MLOps strategy, CI/CD automation, and model industrialization.
• Optimize AI solution performance, latency, and API costs.

• 10+ years of experience in Python development with significant AI/ML architecture experience.
• Proven track record as a technical lead or architect in AI projects.
• Expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Strong knowledge of LLM integration, fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
• Proficiency in MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent in French and English.

• Knowledge of Java and Spring for legacy system integration.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data streaming (Kafka, Spark).
