Join the Microsoft Turing team in Vancouver to build core systems for Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will design and evolve production-scale AI experiences, collaborating with applied scientists to translate cutting-edge LLM research into robust, enterprise-grade products. Responsibilities
- Design and build production systems powering AI experiences at scale.
- Lead architecture discussions and own technical trade-offs for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with applied scientists to integrate large language models into enterprise products.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and reliable deployment pipelines.
- Serve as DRI on-call and drive incident retrospectives for live-site reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Proficiency in languages such as C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience shipping internet-scale, low-latency, high-throughput systems.
- Ability to communicate technical details across organizational boundaries.
