Teya is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and productionize AI-powered solutions that enhance customer onboarding, risk monitoring, and support automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate modern AI technologies like LLMs, RAG, and AI agents into scalable, secure, and measurable products. The role focuses on translating business challenges into robust AI systems while maintaining high engineering standards.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features and services
• Build and integrate AI systems using LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and agents
• Develop production-grade AI solutions focusing on quality, scalability, and security
• Evaluate AI models through experimentation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement
• Build data pipelines, model integrations, APIs, and services
• Improve AI reliability via prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails

• Strong software engineering experience with Python or Java
• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications or integrating AI models
• Understanding of LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, and model optimization
• Experience with embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI agents
