Senior Forward Deployment Engineer

Uniphore is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the architecture, prototyping, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions built on its Agentic AI platform. This role combines deep full-stack engineering with customer-facing solution design, covering data pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, RAG workflows, and LLM/SLM fine-tuning. You will own projects end-to-end and collaborate with platform engineering and product teams to ensure successful enterprise deployments.

• Lead technical solution design and implementation of large-scale Agentic and Knowledge AI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during solution development and post-deployment optimization.
• Own projects end-to-end: integration design, agent workflows, and full-stack delivery.
• Customize platform components by integrating new APIs, building reusable tooling, or extending platform logic.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams internally and with customers to ensure solution success.
• Champion observability, monitoring, versioning, and telemetry to ensure trustworthy and auditable AI agents.
• Contribute to technical best practices and accelerate solution delivery through reusable assets and documentation.

• Undergraduate, master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science or Data Science.
• 6-10+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in customer-facing or field roles.
