PureFacts Financial Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build LLM-powered agents and copilots for their Revenue Performance Management platform. The role focuses on developing intelligent automation workflows, implementing RAG pipelines, and ensuring responsible AI governance in a regulated fintech environment. You will bridge machine learning and software engineering to create scalable, auditable AI solutions that enhance client reporting and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-powered applications and AI agents for internal and client-facing use cases
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search
- Implement prompt engineering, tool usage, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Integrate LLMs into the SaaS platform via APIs and microservices
- Develop evaluation frameworks and safety controls for model outputs
- Collaborate with MLOps for scalable and maintainable deployments
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of total back-end software engineering experience
- 2+ years building production, customer-facing LLM/GenAI applications
- Expert-level Python programming skills
- Deep experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph)
