Netcompany is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions focused on NLP, LLMs, and generative AI. The role involves designing RAG and LLM-based systems, improving machine translation quality, and implementing MLOps and AI governance practices. Responsibilities
Develop, train, deploy, and maintain ML/AI solutions for NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and other advanced use cases
Design and implement generative AI solutions including LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model optimization
Research and improve machine translation quality using evaluation methodologies and targeted studies
Manage data quality, perform data cleansing/validation, and implement bias detection and mitigation mechanisms
Build automated anomaly detection and monitoring for data and model performance
Design technical architectures for NLP/ML/AI solutions and coordinate implementation with engineering teams
Implement MLOps and AI governance: CI/CD, model monitoring, drift detection, retraining, and compliance
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field and minimum 8 years of experience
Figma is a collaborative, browser-based design platform used for interface design, prototyping, and building digital products. It supports teams throughout the product development process with tools for design, collaboration, and developer handoff.
Strong proficiency in Python and R, with hands-on use of TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, spaCy, and NLTK
Expertise in ML algorithms including k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Networks
Solid knowledge of generative AI and language models (SLMs, LLMs)
Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI Studio
Knowledge of LLM application development and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel), plus AI agent safety and guardrails
Understanding of data management, governance, quality, and lifecycle principles
Experience with NLP and software development lifecycles including Agile methodologies
Experience with machine translation QA and evaluation metrics such as BLEU
Nice to Have
Data querying and information extraction technologies: SQL, Hive, Pig, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase)
Data analytics and visualization tools (D3.js, ggplot) for large-scale datasets and data lakes
Experience in corpus-based linguistics, including alignment models and classification methods
MLOps tools for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance: MLflow, Kubeflow
Knowledge of responsible and secure AI, including AI Act, bias detection (AIF360, Fairlearn), and explainability (SHAP, LIME)
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
