About the Role
Redapt is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, lead, and implement advanced analytics solutions for enterprise customers using Azure, GCP, and AWS. This hybrid role includes leading customer conversations, creating project architectures, mentoring consultants, and supporting pre-sales workshops. Hands-on delivery experience is preferred to recommend and troubleshoot AI/ML technologies.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth through business development, resourcing, and quality delivery
- Monitor business impact and value generation of analytics projects
- Create go-to-market strategies for advanced AI/ML services and hardware
- Deliver customer demos and create proposals/SOWs
- Manage full sales cycles for high-potential clients
- Train the data science team on best practices and new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advanced Math, Data Science, or Computer Science
- 5-8+ years of experience with advanced data science techniques and frameworks (TensorFlow, KubeFlow, Python, R, Keras, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, SQL)
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Databricks, BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake)
- Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD for data science and MLOps
