Alpas AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and optimization of ML models for automating supplier search. You will design agentic architectures using LangGraph and NLP pipelines, implement RAG systems, and establish robust MLOps pipelines for scalable inference and auto-retraining.

• Develop scalable AI agents with LangGraph and NLP pipelines
• Design and implement RAG systems using vector databases
• Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and auto-retraining
• Optimize model performance and inference efficiency
• Build monitoring pipelines for AI agents at scale
• Mentor junior engineers and guide team goals

• 4-6 years of experience in Machine Learning, MLOps, or Software Engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow, KubeFlow, or KServe
• Solid understanding of system design and end-to-end project ownership
• Fluency in English (C1 level)

• Experience with LLMs and NLP
• Knowledge of GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run) or Azure AI
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Background in backend/frontend software engineering practices
