MARGO is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to industrialize ML algorithms and manage their production lifecycle for clients in finance, industry, and energy. The role focuses on model serving, MLOps architecture automation, and performance optimization, bridging the gap between data science and software engineering. You will deploy robust models using modern cloud infrastructure and orchestration tools.
Responsibilities
- Transform research prototypes into production-ready code with optimized APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
- Design and maintain MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, model retraining, and validation using Kubeflow, Airflow, or Dagster.
- Manage model and data versioning with DVC and MLflow to ensure reproducibility.
- Monitor model performance, detecting data drift and triggering proactive alerts.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to streamline production workflows.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and software craftsmanship standards (Clean Code, TDD).
- Strong experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Deep knowledge of MLOps ecosystems: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow.
