Junior AI/ML Engineer

TensorOps is hiring a Junior AI/ML Engineer to work on real-world ML projects. The role involves building generative AI applications, traditional ML, and MLOps. You'll be mentored by senior engineers and contribute to projects ranging from proofs-of-concept to multi-year strategic initiatives.

• Design and implement ML models and pipelines
• Work on generative AI applications like chatbots and agents
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver client projects
• Contribute to MLOps and model deployment

• Solid software engineering fundamentals (OOP, Git, concurrency, parallelism)
• Proficiency in Python
• Understanding of LLM system design (RAG, agents, etc.)
• Knowledge of ML system design (pipelines, training/inference techniques)
• Excellent English communication skills
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or equivalent

• Experience in non-academic projects (jobs, internships or similar)
• Previous LLM projects (academic or otherwise)
• Exposure to AI features in cloud platforms (Sagemaker, Bedrock, Vertex AI)
• Experience working in large codebases
