About the Role
Senior Full Stack AI Developer role with an AI-powered SaaS company (Messagepoint), focusing on building and enhancing products that leverage large language models. The position involves leading migration of legacy front-end to React, maintaining Angular front-end, and contributing to Python/Node.js back-end services including agent workflows. You will work across the stack to deliver secure, performant features and integrate with LLM providers and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of a legacy front-end from vanilla JavaScript/jQuery to a modern React-based stack.
- Maintain and enhance an existing Angular CLI front-end on a separate product.
- Develop overall concepts for new and existing product features across our AI-powered product portfolio.
- Contribute to back-end services in Python (agent workflows) and Node.js as priorities shift.
- Write production-ready, secure, and performant code, and own work through CI/CD on GitLab.
- Track delivery in Jira.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and shipping web applications.
- Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of Angular.
- Back-end experience in Node.js and/or Python.
- Comfortable working with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Jira-based delivery.
