Design and architect AI agents, develop AI-powered applications using Python and frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex, and implement RAG solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI services. Fully remote role in Canada.

• Design and architect AI agents defining workflows and decision-making processes.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI SDK.
• Evaluate and select LLMs for business use cases.
• Engineer and optimize prompts for accuracy and token efficiency.
• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise tools.
• Develop scalable backend AI services with FastAPI and Flask.
• Create automated test cases for AI outputs.
• Monitor and optimize AI model performance and costs.
• Implement AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, Product Management, and Security teams.

• 5+ years in software development with strong Python expertise.
• 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI with LLMs.
• 2+ years with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
