We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, and RAG pipelines. This hands-on role focuses on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms. The position is remote and based in Spain.
Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven solutions that automate business processes and improve service delivery.
Build production-grade GenAI applications: LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots, and orchestration layers.
Contribute to PoCs and pilots, prototyping new capabilities and bringing them to production-ready state.
Develop and integrate AI agents and multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks.
Build APIs and microservices that expose AI capabilities, following architecture and security standards.
Implement governance and security controls in code, including PII handling, prompt injection defenses, audit logging, and RBAC.
Requirements
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production.
Deep practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.
Hands-on experience building agents, copilots, or multi-agent workflows.
Microsoft Copilot Studio is a low-code, end-to-end conversational AI platform designed for building, testing, and managing AI-powered agents and workflows. It enables users to integrate business data, create custom copilots, and publish them across various channels to automate business processes.
