RLI Insurance is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deliver next-generation AI solutions across the enterprise. The role focuses on building intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and cloud-native technologies. You will collaborate with product owners and architects to integrate AI into business processes and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI applications.
- Build intelligent solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Implement document processing, OCR, and knowledge extraction solutions.
- Design vector search, semantic retrieval, and enterprise knowledge base solutions.
- Deploy and optimize applications in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Mentor team members and promote high standards for software quality and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
