Amazon is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to serve as a technical thought leader for Amazon Quick, their generative AI assistant. This role bridges the gap between product engineering and customers, focusing on designing scalable architectures that leverage agentic features, dashboarding, and automation. The ideal candidate will drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and AI-powered insights across enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct extension of the Amazon Quick service team, maintaining deep technical currency with Product Engineering and Science.
- Lead technical solution discussions, translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and cost-optimized architectures.
- Design end-to-end customer solutions leveraging Amazon Quick's agentic capabilities, including multi-step reasoning and automated evaluation frameworks.
- Drive customer feedback to Product teams to influence the roadmap and participate in design reviews and beta programs.
- Create and deliver technical content such as white papers, reference architectures, and workshops to educate customers on best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or data science.
