Join AWS as a Senior Startup Solutions Architect in San Francisco, helping early-stage founders design scalable architectures, navigate the generative AI landscape, and build production-ready AI applications on AWS. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor to startups from accelerators like Y Combinator and leading VC firms, covering AI/ML, data foundations, RAG, and fine-tuning workflows. You'll also create technical content, present at startup events, and feed founder feedback into AWS product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with early-stage founders to design and iterate on architectures that are practical for today but built to scale.
- Help startups navigate the GenAI landscape, from selecting foundation models and AI services to building production-ready AI-powered products.
- Guide founders through challenges of GenAI applications, including model costs, latency, accuracy, safety, and AI best practices.
- Support startups in building data foundations for AI, such as vector databases, data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning workflows.
- Build and deepen relationships within the San Francisco startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and VC firms.
- Be a voice for founders, connecting their feedback and needs directly to product and engineering teams.
- Create technical content tailored to early-stage startups, including blog posts, reference architectures, and sample code.
