Agentic AI Engineer

Design, build, and operationalize agentic AI capabilities to automate and accelerate decision-making in medical imaging clinical trials. The role focuses on AI agents for data intake, validation, QC, and structured extraction, while transforming the company's Product Development Life Cycle into an AI-driven lifecycle with safety and compliance.

• Translate clinical-trial imaging workflows into agent-ready task models with guardrails and acceptance criteria.
• Build agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning and tool use for imaging data processing and QC.
• Implement RAG patterns grounded in controlled knowledge sources with traceability.
• Develop evaluation harnesses for agent behavior including success rate, hallucination checks, and regression testing.
• Deploy agentic services using CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability best practices.

• Experience designing and building AI agents or LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency in Python and production software engineering (APIs, testing, documentation).
• Strong knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
