Envorso Sports is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build and deploy intelligent agents that drive fan engagement and revenue for professional sports teams. The role involves designing agentic product features like win-back offers and segmentation engines, while also building internal tooling such as PR-review agents and guardrails. You will own the full lifecycle of these systems, from model selection and evaluation to frontend implementation in Next.js and mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship agentic product features including fan scoring, segmentation, and automated offer engines.
- Build front-end interfaces for agent outputs on web (Next.js) and mobile platforms.
- Develop internal agent tooling, including guardrails, spec-driven test generation, and sync agents.
- Set standards for model selection, cost efficiency, and quality evaluation across the engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments.
- Proficiency in full-stack development with a focus on Next.js and mobile app integration.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams across time zones.
