• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming experience in languages like Python or C++
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture for scalable systems
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader
• Proven track record building complex systems involving deep learning, ML, and computer vision
• Experience with robotic control, motion planning, and process management

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards and testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
