Amazon Ads is seeking an AI-focused Software Development Engineer to build and scale a multi-agent orchestration platform for autonomous ML research workflows. Responsibilities
- Build and scale multi-agent orchestration platforms for autonomous ML research workflows
- Productionize LLM and VLM models with a focus on efficiency and low-latency serving
- Design and maintain multi-tenant GPU scheduling, observability, and evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with scientists to develop data pipelines for processing massive datasets
- Provide architectural guidance to improve customer-perceived search relevance
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of system design and architecture experience
- Experience with distributed systems using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architectures
