• Conduct rigorous experimentation and iterate on model quality, efficiency, and safety
• Champion responsible AI practices including fairness and robustness evaluation

• PhD or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience building ML models for business applications
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Strong background in neural deep learning methods and machine learning
