Amazon is seeking an AI Security Engineer to secure its AI applications and experiences for hundreds of millions of customers. You will partner with software development teams to build secure AI systems, conduct threat modeling, perform code reviews, and develop automation tools to mitigate security risks. The role involves providing architecture guidance, conducting security training, and driving secure-by-design practices across product teams.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain threat models for diverse software projects
- Perform manual and automated code reviews in Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Develop AI security automation tools and frameworks
- Conduct AI security training and outreach for internal teams
- Provide AI security architecture and design guidance
- Independently solve novel AI security problems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, cryptography, or system/network security
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar
- Knowledge of networking protocols including HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT Security experience
