Lead a high-performing engineering team developing advanced perception systems for Amazon’s autonomous drone delivery service. Drive the technical roadmap and architecture for computer vision, machine learning, and radar-based detection algorithms that enable safe aerial navigation. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 7+ years of direct engineering team experience
- 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems and design patterns
- 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development
- Strong knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle
