Senior Machine Learning Engineer

TV Nova seeks a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy ML models for their entertainment and data science initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ML pipeline development, MLOps, and production deployment using cloud and container technologies.

• Build, train, and deploy robust ML pipelines for business problems (churn, LTV, forecasting).
• Design and manage model orchestration and MLOps pipelines, ensuring monitoring, scalability, and reliable retraining.
• Deliver ML models as scalable APIs or automated data tables in the data warehouse.
• Champion engineering best practices: design docs, peer reviews, CI/CD across ML lifecycle.

• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Deep understanding of traditional ML algorithms and hands-on MLOps experience.
• Proven experience with cloud data environments (Databricks on Azure/AWS).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for deploying ML services.
• Experienced user of AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
