Sr. Engineer, Machine Learning

Dayforce is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver ML components for AI Assistant and Agents products. The role spans the full ML lifecycle from prototyping to production, including model development, API services, and full-stack integration.

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and API services.
• Develop full-stack solutions using React, Python, SQL, Delta Tables, GraphQL, and PySpark.
• Prepare, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets for training ML models.
• Evaluate and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and bias mitigation.
• Manage end-to-end ML pipelines from data preprocessing through deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• 6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in machine learning/AI.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience building APIs with Flask or FastAPI.
• Experience with frontend development using React.
