Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to drive marketing personalization and recommendation systems for its consumer marketplace. The role involves designing, building, and deploying ML models using Python and modern MLOps tools to improve user retention and meal matching accuracy. You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to deliver AI features that impact millions of users fighting food waste.

Responsibilities

Research, build, and design machine learning models for marketing personalization
Run experiments and evaluate results to optimize algorithms
Deploy models to production end-to-end
Develop statistical models and collaborate on product solutions

Requirements

Established experience in a similar Machine Learning Engineering role
Proficiency in Python and experience deploying models to production
Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Prophet, or DeepAR
Technical degree (Computer Science or equivalent engineering)
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to Have

Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Airflow, or Metaflow
Experience in complex ML system design
Knowledge of statistical hypothesis testing
