AI Engineer

Join a fast-growing Series B startup building AI agents for patent professionals. As an AI Engineer, you will develop production-ready AI agents, manage context at scale, engineer prompts, and build state-of-the-art evaluation pipelines. Work in a lean, talent-dense team in London.

• Develop production-ready AI agents for drafting, analyzing, and evaluating patents.
• Manage AI context effectively at scale and build specialist tools and integrations.
• Engineer prompts alongside IP experts to maximize performance.
• Build and benchmark evaluation pipelines across large datasets.

• Expert in Python.
• Industry experience shipping agents and/or evaluation pipelines into production.
• Experience with context engineering and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with back-end development and Postgres databases.
• Experience with front-end development (Typescript/React).
• Extremely clear writer and communicator.

• Publications at top machine learning conferences (e.g. NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML) or in adjacent fields.
