We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and operate an AI-powered platform that enables users to create data-connected applications through natural language. You will design multi-step AI agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain, develop full-stack features across TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java, and ensure robust performance on AWS EKS with Kubernetes orchestration. The role focuses on improving agent quality, implementing automated evaluations, and strengthening production observability and reliability at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate full-stack features using TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java
- Develop and improve AI agent workflows with LangGraph, LangChain, and Claude Agent SDK
- Create automated evaluations and tests for multi-step AI experiences
- Operate Kubernetes controllers, custom resources, Helm charts, and GitOps deployments
- Support AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, S3, VPC) and implement infrastructure as code
- Enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and failure recovery systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex production systems
- Strong full-stack background including production React applications and distributed backends
- Proficiency across TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java
