About the Role
This role is for a Senior AI Agent Engineer at ServiceNow, working on the Moveworks Platform. You will own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers, designing AI solutions and integrating them with customer systems. The position is remote within the US and requires up to 25% travel.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical owner across 5–8 enterprise customer engagements, driving adoption and outcomes.
- Architect and deliver high-impact AI solutions using the Moveworks Platform.
- Design and build integrations between Moveworks and enterprise systems (Workday, Okta, Jira, etc.).
- Advise customers on Agentic AI roadmap and enable their teams to operate the platform independently.
- Synthesize customer feedback and work with Engineering and Product teams to influence platform evolution.
- Generalize successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share learnings.
Requirements
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes.
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or Consulting Engineer).
- Demonstrated track record of driving technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
