ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to define the technical vision and architecture for AI-native systems. The role focuses on scaling LLM/AI infrastructure, designing autonomous agents, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Responsibilities
- Set technical vision and architecture for AI-native and cloud-native systems
- Design and implement agent-based AI solutions at scale
- Develop RAG architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead technical strategy for LLM integration
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering and system architecture
- Deep understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and RAG patterns
- Proven track record in cloud-native system design
- Staff-level or higher technical leadership experience
