Synechron is seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems. The role focuses on building scalable agent architectures using modern frameworks like Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and LangGraph, with a strong emphasis on orchestration, memory management, and tool calling. Candidates will work closely with product teams to translate business needs into robust AI-driven solutions within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows
- Build agent applications using Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, LangChain, LangGraph, and Strands Agents SDK
- Implement orchestration, planning, memory management, and tool calling functionalities
- Design and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) based solutions
- Create scalable agent architectures following industry best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Evaluate and optimize LLM performance, reliability, and safety
Requirements
- Solid Python development experience
- Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore
