Join the Conversation Engine team at Moveworks (now part of ServiceNow) to scale and optimize a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform for enterprise users. You will design scalable API abstractions and infrastructure that enable natural language interaction with business systems across multiple channels like Slack and MS Teams. This role focuses on high-performance system optimization, low-latency dialog engines, and robust observability for hundreds of millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Construct extensive product infrastructure and user-friendly interfaces for customizing generative AI models.
- Design scalable API abstractions supporting popular chat clients and neutral APIs for engineering systems.
- Optimize the dialog engine for real-time multilingual translation and minimal memory footprint.
- Implement robust logging, tracing, and debugging frameworks for monitoring conversational AI performance.
- Champion best practices in coding, API design, scalability, and system robustness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience building systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of clean, modular, and scalable API design principles.
