About the Role
Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Cloud Alliance Principal Solutions Architect to lead technical co-innovation and strategic integrations with Google Cloud Platform. This role drives the GCP alliance, builds technical enablement content and demos, and supports partner-led sales through architectural guidance and executive engagement. The position is remote and involves industry evangelism at major events.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural co-innovation across GCP native security and Palo Alto Networks solutions.
- Develop technical foundations for PayGo, OEM, and PLG motions, optimizing Marketplace listings.
- Author deployment guides, reference architectures, and blueprints; build IaC automation and hands-on labs.
- Design and deliver technical workshops and executive sessions for CSP sellers and field engineers.
- Speak as a subject matter expert at major industry events and webinars.
- Provide direct technical guidance to partner account teams and ISV specialists to close CSP-led deals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technical sales or GTM experience in Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity.
- B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Deep hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks security platforms and native GCP infrastructure/security solutions.
- Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Bash, and Python for cloud automation.
