About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer at Databricks, you will build novel interfaces for GenAI agents, drive AI feature development, and collaborate cross-functionally in a 0-to-1 environment. You will lead full-stack development and shape the future of AI applications on Databricks platform.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Product mindset with ability to iterate quickly
- High ownership and bias for action
- Collaboration across teams
- Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- 10+ years server-side web technologies (Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, etc.)
- Proven experience building generative AI products
- Deep familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompt design
