Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for its Customer Lake product line in Amsterdam. This role involves providing technical leadership to strategic clients, guiding the implementation of agentic Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and data intelligence solutions. The architect will collaborate with marketing and data stakeholders to drive adoption, design architectures, and execute proof-of-concepts that unify customer data into governed profiles.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for customer data and marketing project implementations, including architectural design and agent deployment.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to design engagement strategies driving Customer Lake adoption from initial build-out to full augmentation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs and MarTech leaders, building technical credibility and demonstrating product value.
- Enable client scale through workshops, POC execution, and developing customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap by translating field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CDP, MarTech, or customer data engineering.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role.
