Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for its Customer Lake product line in Berlin. This role focuses on driving the adoption of Databricks' agentic Customer Data Platform (CDP) by providing technical leadership to strategic customers and marketing stakeholders. The architect will guide implementations involving identity resolution, audience activation, and agentic AI workflows while collaborating with GTM teams to execute high-impact engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for customer data and marketing project implementations, including architectural design and agent deployment.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to drive Customer Lake adoption from initial build-out through full CDP augmentation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CMOs and MarTech leaders, building technical credibility and driving product vision.
- Enable clients at scale through workshops, POC execution, and developing customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap by translating field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering.
- Handle tier-3 escalation points for complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CDP, MarTech, or customer data engineering.
